18th International Conference on Work and Organizational Psychology

The cycle of conferences Psychology of Work and Organization traditionally focuses on contributions from research, education and practice.

The 2019 program will focus on the exchange of information and experience from current research, new approaches in practice, as well as the discussion of further developments in the field.

The objective of the conference is also to support partnerships for research and practice purposes.

At the conference, are welcomed contributions with the following seven themes:

  • Work in the context of everyday life (unemployment, work and health, stress at work, work-life balance)
  • Personnel psychology and psychology of management (leadership, motivation, training and development, job performance)
  • Organizational Psychology (organizational culture, change in organization, work attitudes, systems in the organization, industry 4.0 and its impact)
  • Psychodiagnostics in work psychology (selection of employees, evaluation, identification of development needs)
  • Psychology in armed security forces and integrated rescue system
  • Traffic psychology
  • Forensic and penitentiary psychology

In each of the six areas, contributions from leading personalities in that field will be a part of the program. The main area will be dedicated to the contributions of all those with a professional interest in the relationship between man and work or the applied directions of work and organization psychology.

Invitations also apply to those interested in passive attendance who want to get new information about the field.
